VOLUNTEER

We often need volunteer help during specific events. Take a look at the list of upcoming events and retreats we may need help with below:

Volunteers help us with most aspects of our mission and community life. The volunteer experience is intended to introduce you to the spirituality of service and living and working in community.

You can apply to volunteer with us on a short-term basis for up to two weeks, or for a longer-term commitment. If you have been approved for a long term stay, your first two weeks will be considered a trial period, after which your volunteer service will continue following a conversation to make sure things are working well for you and for Easton Mountain.

Our volunteers are asked to commit to approximately 5-6 hours of tasks per day, and to attend scheduled volunteer and community meetings. The majority of your volunteer time will be focused on duties essential to our operations as a retreat center, such as kitchen help and housekeeping. In addition, there may be opportunities to help with other projects, like building, and gardening.

We offer you best available housing, meals, and use of our land and facilities. Depending on the events occurring at the time of your visit, you may also be invited to join in some of the workshops and activities. There will also be opportunities to join activities specifically designed for volunteer team building and fellowship. Click below to apply today!

If your primary reason for applying to volunteer is because of a financial barrier to attending a program, the best option is to visit our scholarship page!
